Today, after 16 years, Allied Global has adopted the position of understanding the context, adapting, changing, and accepting new challenges for the future in the face of the global crisis.

Thanks to the adaptability that has characterized us 16 years ago, we successfully managed to go through this episode that we live worldwide. It was a stage of constant changes. We strengthened and consolidated the relationship and commitment with our customers and our allies as a company. 

 

None of this would have been possible without the excellent work of each of our employees and the passion with which they carry out their work, the same passion that has characterized us since our inception in 2005. We started as a contact center of 50 stations, providing services from local telecommunications companies.

Looking back, in 2008, Allied Global entered the U.S. market and began providing bilingual services. Later, in 2013, we acquired Marketlink, an American company with more than 20 years of success in the contact center industry. Today, 16 years later, we have grown to more than 4,000 seats and more than 6,500 allies in four countries and ten centers, offering business and technological services.

 

In recent years there have been many changes and developments within our industry. Technology has surpassed the world in many industries, and the Contact Center industry is one of them. Specifically, we have lived these changes by leaps and bounds in the last three years.

Thanks to our adaptability throughout these 16 years, we have been dedicated to exceeding our client's objectives at all levels, fostering an integrated and continuous relationship in the long term.

 

Today, 16 years later, our clients see Allied Global, not as a small company outside of Guatemala but as a world-class company capable of providing services in different locations with different time zones and other skills.
