Allied Global began operations in 2005 in Guatemala City with a Contact Center of 50 stations, providing services for a local telecommunications company. In 2008, Allied Global entered the U.S. Market and started providing bilingual services. Later in 2013, Allied Global acquired Marketlink, a US company with more than twenty years of success in the contact center industry. Today, we have grown to more than 4,000 seats and more than 6,500 allies in four countries and 10 centers; offering both Business and Technology Services.
